Spring #1: 40+ Enrollment

This is an enrollment page for all the Male and Female players in the season. More players will join as the start date approaches. Divisions will be created based upon skill level and gender on the kickoff day.

This is the enrollment for the 40+ year old leagues. We fully expect to fill multiple divisions if we can. If not, the plan will be to offer the players to play in the normal division or provide a refund.
